This is by means of First Time Central Heating (FTCH), meaning that if you have an outdated boiler (such as a Back Boiler) or no boiler at all - you may be eligible for funding for central heating.

What is FTCH?

First Time Central Heating (and Boiler Grants that are associated) is an initiative part of the ECO4 Scheme produced by the UK Government to reduce Fuel Poverty across the UK. It is active until March of 2026, meaning time is limited.

Why should I apply?

For FREE, you may be eligible for a entire boiler replacement, or completely new boiler. New central heating means lower heating bills across the year and a warmer living space during the winter.

How Can FTCH help Me?

Aside from ensuring your home is warm for the winter, older and outdated boilers exhibit a health and safety risk. For example, older boilers are at risk of malfunctioning and older back boilers, when reused, are at risk of building pressure which may cause the boiler to explode.
